SARDINES: Nature's Candy from Portugal

Post by Roy Hersh »

Although this company is not more than a couple of hours away, I have no affiliation or knowledge of them. This IS a very interesting video if you are even remotely interested in Sardines, or fishing.

I love the sardine, and the canned tuna, from Portugal. Don't know if I'd call them nature's candy though. I think the Portugese figs would fit that bill!

Yes, better than fish or even Madeira's Bolo de Mel cake ... neither of which may be the best examples, but are delish anyway.

In Portugal there are old people that are still eating this nature´s candy...100% raw  yes, you heard it well, I love a bunch of grilled sardines with salt, but 100% raw... [kez_11.gif]
