The "Chef" Rui Paula owns the best restaurant "DOC" in the The Douro Valley (in the road between Régua and Pinhão)
he won the award: "The best first cook book", during the "Gourmand World Cook Books Awards'09".

Amber colour.
Complex, a little caramel, cinnamon, riped figs, pleasant acidity and spicy in the end, some pepper hints.
