This wine grown and as been harvested by the influence of moon (in a precise moment) and ocean tides, located in Alentejo, Albemoa district of Beja, with 73 hectares, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Aragonez, Antão Vaz, Arinto e Roupeiro distributed a long the estate.
Made exclusively with Alicante Bouschet it aged in new french oak pipes during 12 months... it presents a red dark color.
On the nose berries with a stong maturity, spicy and little bit of jam.
On the palate : vanilla, fruity, slighty toasted
In my opinion having it with game it will be a good combination
