I put a couple of these in the cellar as an experiment to see how they would hold up with a few years of cellaring. Still a lovely bottle full of pears, lemons, and fresh cut grass, moderate glycerin on the palate gives way to a crisp acidic finish. The finish is just a little shorter and less complex than past bottles I've had, but that is really splitting some hairs as this is still holding up nicely for an inexpensive White Wine. Based on this bottle I'd recommend drinking this over the next 1-2 years for maximum enjoyment.
