David,I had a bottle several years ago,and while it was quite good,and IMO most Moscatels are always in my pleasure wheelhouse,it was somewhat monochromatic.....especially compared to the d'Oliveiras......and especially the '75,a real dream of a Madeira.

I have only had the Barbeito Bual Madeira from this year. Has anyone had both for a comparison?? I am thinking of opening one in 2012 for the Titanic annivesary as well as the 100th of Arizona statehood. Jay. I've had both side by side several times and they are quite dissimilar.....but of course V...

Wonderful notes Roy.It was a great year!I also have had this VM many times,but it has never disappointed.
