The bottle that Roy had a photo is the original bottle from the demijohn as I understand it. Some family members have labeled theirs.

I believe that is Isabel's bottle.Roy Hersh wrote: ↑Thu Dec 19, 2024 8:46 am Eric I. wrote:Yes, I can't imagine too many humans have ever had two bottles of the 1720 P in the same sitting. Maybe Dr. Bob M.Two bottles of Pather!Gotta be a first.
If I understand correctly, the Rare Wine Co. version, Is from Jose Borges, one of the grandsons. He rebottled the bottles he inherited. I believe all bottles of Pather were originally bottled at the same time from demijohn in front of the surviving family. Did the Rare Wine Co. version seem to get more oxygen during/before rebottling. I've seen other tasting notes thinking it might be Muscat.
Anyway, purely by coincidence, I posted a photo that I took of a REAL bottle of the 1720 Prather, (is it Terrantez ... I am still not convinced) that is displayed in a somewhat hidden way in the HM Borges Lodge in Funchal. It appears on the FOR THE LOVE OF PORT page on FB today, if you want to see it.
