TNR: Quinta do Tedo 95 Vintage port

I see that a few places have this on sale at $20, down from 35. Is this a good wine? If I buy it, I plan to drink it soon. I guess it has been in the bottle for about 10 years now, so maybe it is coming out of that "dumb phase"? Thanks

I've had this 3 times already and the last one 2 months ago. For 20$ it is very good value, it was the price I paid too 5 years ago. Not a great VP but an all-around well made port lacking a bit of everything to be very good.
Living the dream and now working for a Port company
