3 x 1964 Krohn Colheita Branco arrived yesterday. I pick these up any time I can find them for a reasonable price, as they're both a really good white colheita and one of my few available birth year Ports.

Received these yesterday (with others). One was a 2009 bottling, one 2011. Hmmm.

Two bottles of 1995 Quinta do Noval vintage port. Not a vintage you see very often.

Same place. Will finally be going there to pick the first one up, figured I'd up it to 3 instead of just 1. It really is a great deal.

3x 1991 Gould Campbell
1x 2003 Niepoort LBV
4 x 2004 Niepoort LBV
Mixed lot at auction. Average price p/bottle 21 euro (incl. buyers premium). Good price on the VP, reasonable price on the LBV's I think (for Dutch normal prices that is).
Also received my first case (6) of 2011 VP, my Kopke has arrived
![YIKES! [yahoo.gif]](./images/smilies/yahoo.gif)
Now comes the hard part, leaving it at peace for the coming 15-20 years before trying the first bottle

Gerwin,
If you have not tried the Kopke 2011 yet, I urge you to open one up early and see what it is like and document your impressions. It will be an invaluable lesson for you. OTOH, if you've already tasted it in the past, then by all means keep those young pups locked up!
Best regards,
Roy

Roy,
Thanks for the tip. I haven't tried any young VP's since the Kopke 2005 (tasted directly in december 2007), which at the time I could not really enjoy. To much of a fruit and tannine bomb at the time for my taste then. But my taste has evolved since then of course.
If I can get my hands on another box of 6 of these ones, I might be tempted to open one when it is still in it's infant stage.
If I do, I will be sure to post the TN.

Just placed an order for another case of 6 Kopke 2011 VP. As I stated, I will be opening one in about 9 weeks on my 40th Bday. Just to see (and show to my guests) what power is in a young VP. There will be much wine and some other ports as well of course

(some 40 YO Tawnies are on deathrow for this purpose).
