Actually it is so we can watch him and Laura Bush appearing on American Idol (last night, in fact) and it was very painful ... even my teeth hurt.
One more thought flashed through my mind after a sip of madeira (of course):
When it comes to the "problem" of precious children vs. precious bottles, regardless of the wine budget "tied up" with children, i find it a comforting thought that one of my sons (or may be my daughter) will inherit my wine collection from me and he/she might go on collecting and apreciating and drinking and having a lot of fun with it...
Roy, your latest newsletter just brought back the fun and exitement of Seattle and i loved reading though it!
I am really looking forward to part 2/3 and 3/3 since I missed these.
