Opened a 2011 Taylor's LBV and a DR 20YO last night with a buddy. TN will follow, but the DR did not disappoint.

On the last night of our Five Regions Tour, after dinner, we were looking for a place to hang out and drink some Port. Nothing was open just about since it was about 12:30 a.m. Portologia had just close, several hotels had nothing worthy or their bars were closed, the entire Ribeira area .. ditto. Walking back to our hotel, I remembered that Gustavo/Goncalo's mother owned a Port wine bar and is open late on Saturday. She was actually there and allowed us to enter even though others were being turned away. Instead of BTG, as we were really "thirsty", I ordered a bottle of the 1985 Dalva Colheita. A Port of great substance that shows particularly more age than 30 years. Loved it!
