Sorry for the rant

Has anyone had trouble getting a response from Salut! wine shop regarding the November 2009 Port offer?
I placed an order, paid for it, and have tried to contact them numerous times by phone message and email--absolutely no response. If they no longer have the wine, fine but they have had my money for some time yet not responded at all!!
Very frustrating...

I've not spoken to them, and Roy's out of the country. Give me a day or two to look into this and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

And thanks Andy. This was based on the offer announced in October or November 2009. My order is listed below. Not a lot of money, and if they don't have it that's ok too. Issue is they have the money but have not responded to numerous calls and emails.

I've been in touch with Andy and provided him with direct contact information. He will follow up with Salut and with you. Thanks for alerting us to this oversight. It should be relatively easy to fix. When I get back to the US circa July 4th weekend, please let me know the outcome. I can take care of this through the importer if need be. Thanks!

No, I've not heard back from them yet which makes me quite upset. At this point I'd recommend contacting your credit card company and contesting the charges as non-delivered goods. I'll also keep trying to get a hold of someone there as well and let you know how it goes, if or when I hear anything.
