What was your port bargain of 2011?

Whether it was a supermarket clear-out or a bottle you spotted for a cheap price, I'm curious to know what you would consider your port bargain of the year.

I think mine has got to be courtesy of the UK Supermarket industry. There are three obvious contenders:
Tesco 1994 vintage port from SFE - reduced to £18 per bottle
Sainsbury's 2003 vintage port from SFE - reduced to £13.12 per bottle
but my winner, for the sheer smoothness and drinkability that these have now acquired, is
Croft 2004 LBV @ £2.99 per half bottle earlier in the year from Tesco

The Croft 2004 LBV in halves is drinking really nicely at the moment; smooth, fruity and with gentle structure that is very nicely balanced. These will last a good few years yet, but I am consistently scoring them in the high 80 point mark this year.

1985 Fonseca for what worked out to $48/bottle (all in) for an OWC in perfect condition. 8--)

And two bottles of 1963 Warre's for $50 each...then my buying was temporarily curtailed :(

For a retail purchase It would have to be the 2001 Taylor's Quinta de Vargellas at Au $38
That probably doesn't sound that much of a bargain so to put that in perspective, the next cheapest VP I've seen at retail in Australia was the 1998 Grahams Malvedos @ $65 - after that everything is $100+
At Auction I was pleased to get the 04 Vale Meao VP for $50 plus buyers fee
