When I click the "My Tasting Notes" link after accessing the TNDB from the forum main index, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getwinekeywords() (previously declared in /home/oporto/public_html/tndb/my_tasting_notes.php:113) in /home/oporto/public_html/tndb/tndb_utils.inc on line 65
