Bright red in color with just a touch of bricking when held up to the light. The nose gives lots of dried fruits, raisin, cherry and prune with a nutty/caramel aspect that reminds me of pecan pie. On the palate there's lots of sweet fruit up front, Slightly creamy mouthfeel with the same caramel quality detected on the nose as well as a bit of pepper coming out on the back of the palate. Medium length of finish. A lush, nicely balanced and very tasty 10YT. 91pts, Tasted 12/12

This is the first Tawny I've ever had from Croft and I don't think I've ever even seen another one besides their Fine Tawny so I was surprised at how nicely this showed. I actually enjoyed it more than the Fonseca 20YT I drank last week.
