For Andy - cork weevils: up close and personal!

As requested in the Taylor '77 thread, here are some pictures of 2 corks damaged by cork weevils / bugs / maggots: click here. I've encounted it in with on other wine (a '98 Beerenauslese), but did not save the cork.

As an aside, the little critters are neither weevils nor true bugs, but in fact the larvae of a moth called Nemapogon cloacella. Google it and you'll find some images of the adult.
