TRU is conveniently located at 676 N. St. Clair Street in Chicago, just one block east of Michigan Avenue. Attendance is open to the public and free of charge.

Anyone buying anything? Not much experience with Shortridge Lawton.

I went 0 for 4. I thought that madeira prices were higher with respect to low-high estimates than most other categories. On the lots that I bid, the winning bids were 40%-50% above the high estimate. An extreme example, which I did not bid, was lot 1211, which went for $4,000 plus BP. The high estimate was $1,800.
