The color of this is still holding quite well with no real bricking noticable. The palate is still quite tannic but the fruit is starting to fade allowing the graphite, tar and secondary flavors to start to show. This has started to lose that complexity it had in its youth and the finish isn't as complex or as long. The tannins are very much outliving the rest of it. Still an enjoyable wine, but appears to be at that point of time to start enjoying these if you own them.
