Quevedo 30 Year Old White Port Tonel 14 Grandpa's White (bottled 2022)
Day 24 of the 2022 Quevedo Prestige Advent Calendar
Color: medium honey, lighter rim. Lightest of the 4.
Nose: honey, white grape juice, something vaguely tropical, maybe plantain.
Palate: neutral sweetness. Less perceived acidity than the other three. Most pleasant of the 4 x 30W, but lacks some of the complexity of the others. Faint background medicinal note like iodine.
Score: 90 points. Right on the edge for me, but if to hand I'd pour another glass.
