(Bottled 1993. 89.3 g/l RS, 7.6 g/l TA) Smells of baked pie crust with white sugar on top browned in the oven. Swirling gives brown sugar and rustic sugar flavors like jaggery or gula jawa, and some chocolate and cola too! Lots of acidity balances against the rough and dusty sugars. A sloshing sugary syrupy symphony in the mouth. Wonderful! 94+ points.
