(Bottled 2008. 126.9 g/l RS, 7.9 g/l TA) Smells of an old log lightly soaked in creosote, along with cola and molasses. There is possibly some vinagrinho there too, and a touch of green pepper. Also tastes of lemon syrup, with some really nice sugar complexity. The acidity is tangy and puckering and suggests tangerine. 94 points.

What is the correct spelling of vinagrino? Vinagreno? Vinagrinho?

I had this some 3 or 4 years ago; found it to be quite good; a healthy acidity, but not overly so, Vinagrinho wouldn't have suited as a description back then, maybe the profile has changed. But what I remember was a (Terrantez-wise) untypical sweetness, which I see, is also reflected in your chemical analysis of 120 something RS.
Maybe I would use "Balsamico" to make an association/description, if I would want to point out the acidity/sweetness for this.
And by the way: please edit towards "Terrantez" instead of "Tarrantez", it hurts...
