Stilton Cheese & Port

Had this cheese with a Smith Woodhouse Madelena Vintage 1995 and even Dow's Trademark Reserve and all I can say is, wow, does this ever bring out the essence of port!

Especially with the Madelena, this type of cheese brings out the fruit like nothing ever has. I used to think chocolate or dessert but this cheese makes the port incredible. What a compliment. There were four of us and we downed the entire bottle and about half the cheese.

Then, to make sure, we tried it with the Dow. Still incredible.
