Harvey's 1983

The Wine Society in the UK are listing Harvey's 1983 vintage port (bottled by Martinez Gassiot). This isn't a name we see that often and I'm curious to know if anyone has any experience with this name?

I may try one at Xmas and see how it goes. The Wine Soc's port range is lamentable. (However, as they have a rule of only selling stuff they have bought, direct from the producers I suppose they can't hoover up the auction stocks like many of the other retailers do)

Doooh! Thanks Stuart. As you say, may be worth ordering a couple in a mixed case for curiosity value.
