• 1995 Caves São João Arinto Quinta do Poço do Lobo - Portugal, Beiras, Vinho Regional Beiras (6/3/2018)
  Soft cork that stuck to the bottle and broke. Needed to decant through a strainer. Always use a Durand or an Ah-So with this wine.
  
  Color of apple juice. Oxidative, but in a good way. Some flavor of apple, citrus, and mushroom from the oxidation. Paired very well with swordfish.
