(61 g/l RS, 6.95 g/l TA) Initially presents with a floral, spicy aroma, with perfume alcohol character. Then there are aromas of cinnamon and dried leaf. Even later, there was lemon and more perfume. Lots of acid up front, but not too much making this a nice sipper. There were flavors of lemon and orange, and the body was medium-light. 90 points.
