TN: 1964 Justino’s Malvasia
(115 g/l RS, 10.62 g/l TA) Guessed to be 95 g/l RS, I was low. Smells like a dark wood like mahogany, with tangy orange, caramel, chocolate, green coffee beans, sugar syrup, and faint pleasant wood attic. Hint of passion fruit too! So many aromas at work here. In the mouth, there are wonderful sugars, a mix of sugars, with fruits as well like orange and plum. Later there was a buttery aroma, and it tasted of marmalade. A wonderfully interesting and complex wine. 95 points.
