TN: NV Henriques & Henriques 15 Years Old Malvasia
(109.5 g/l RS, 4.2 g/l TA) Aromas of maple syrup, wood, clove, cinnamon, and a little pleasant butter without diacetyl. Nice body and sugar complexity, reminding me of a 20 to 30 year old tawny Port in that regard. There are flavors of toffee, caramel, and brown sugar. Additionally, it is a little spicy with black pepper. The finish is medium-long with nice acidity. 93-94 points.
