1994 Dow Vintage Port

I drank this in Cyprus 3 weeks ago, courtesy of my close friend Aexis Tsielepis.

1994 Dows Vintage Port (Douro, Portugal)
Decanted 6 hours earlier. Black, with a strong hint of spirit, dark fruits. Velvet, dark chocolate, good length, still a baby. The fresh dates are in the background. An excellent Port with a good future ahead, and still reasonably priced. 92/100.

Thanks for the TN Nicos! I have a few of these in the cellar, but haven't dared to touch one yet. Don't think I will for some more years either.
