Feist 1991 VP - Help with Decanting Time Please...

Post by davidpg »

We're having a nice little supper tonight and I amn wondering what you think the decanting time should be. My thoughts lean towards 6 hours as I don't think that this bottle is a banner VP, though I'm still looking forward to drinking it.

I've had it in my cellar for around 4 years, and it was bottled in 1994.

As well, anyone else already tried this port? Comments?

Thanks in advance, and I'll be sure to report back with TNs.

David,

I've not had this specific Port, but 6 hours is a good starting point. Hopefuly some others here have tried it and can chime in.
