The September issue of Decanter availlable in August in England has an article about the great 2003 vintage.

That's odd. My friend Richard Mayson is the Port writer for Decanter and he released two previous articles on 2003 Vintage Ports. I got an email from him a few days ago and he mentioned nothing about an upcoming article. I guess I will have to be patient and wait for my copy to arrive. Richard has flown across the pond to come to my 2003 Port tasting here. If you look in the articles archive there he is in pictures too. He is a great journalist and author too. He has written some of the greatest recent tomes on Port. Look for the amazing, Port and the Douro from a couple of years ago. Richard has a very astute palate and also is a savvy Madeira enthusiast. He now lives in the Alentejo region of Portugal with his wife and 2 year old.
Ambition driven by passion, rather than money, is as strong an elixir as is Port. http://www.fortheloveofport.com
