TN: 2000 Quinta ods Rogues Garrafeira -- Dao

From the Dao region. Lighter bodied with tart cherries, red currants, and a clean palate. It reminded me of a 1990's California Pinot Noir. It gained complexity as it sat in the glass and I think a longer decant would have helped out.

I did not find it Pinot like, but otherwise agree with everything said. The texture was probably the only component that I could compare to Calif PN. This was really a fun wine to try and doubt I'll see another bottles of this anytime soon.
