A few of you mention the HMB Terrantez... price-wise is it worth $1895 (1 bottle left on RWC)? Not that I could afford it!

Re: Greatest Madeira (Regardless of Price)
There are two wines worth noting here. There is the "undated" HMB Terrantez (believed to be 1862) and the dated 1862 HMB Terrantez. Although the undated is fabulous, when tasted side by side at the TTT, the dated version was quite superior.Daniel Fraley wrote:A few of you mention the HMB Terrantez... price-wise is it worth $1895 (1 bottle left on RWC)? As for "is is worth $1895"... that's a tough one and dependant on one's personal disposable income.
