Not all the way to Pocinho, but we did a train to Regua, boat back trip that was nice and relaxing.

I've traveled by train quite a bit in the Douro, even from the Pocinho station which is way east in the Douro. I always love taking the train in the Douro and do so whenever practical. I always recommend it for those who've never been to the Douro before.

This year will be my 20th since first taking the train when it still was only guided by steam engine. I've been on it more times than I can count and always find it fun to do.
