TN: 1934 Justino’s Boal

(87 g/l RS, 10.28 g/l TA) The first whiff is musty and slightly rotten, like a damp basement. There is faint passion fruit as well, and a sweet floral aroma. Later it remained musty. For flavor there is some fun butter and caramel to go with the orange acidity. This is tangy and coats the mouth. 93 points.
