(Bottled 2019. 68 g/l RS, 9.46 g/l TA) The first whiff shows a chemical alcohol perfume aroma; followed by wood and varnish, or furniture polish. Swirling gives some buttery toffee. In the mouth, this features really sharp puckering acidity with flavors of grapefruit and lime. It’s an acid punch in the mouth. 91 points for me, but I’m sure other people will like this more with that acidity.
