Bottled in 1997. I was expecting more of a "colheita" type tawny with golden brown color, nuts, toffee, etc. What I got was quite different than that - more like an LBV or Ruby port with cherry compote, white pepper, and a hint of bittersweet chocolate on the finish. Good integration of spirit and it was a pleasure to drink.
Sidenote: The label clearly states "Reserve Tawny", so it appears that Warre's was on top of this new designation long before the Graham's people got on board with "The Tawny".
